Stout Street Foundation Therapeutic Community of Denver / Commerce City Colorado

Interstate Compact:

• An Interstate Compact Agreement must be initiated by your attorney.
• Out-of-State admission fee may be required
• You must have family living in Colorado in order for your Interstate application to be accepted.
• It may take up to 45 or more days for your Interstate agreement to be reviewed.
• All aplicants must bring with them a return fare
• If your application to the Interstate Compact Office is accepted, it does not necessarily guarantee acceptance by the Stout Street Foundation.
