Treatment at The Stout Street Foundation
Alcoholism and addiction affects an individual's biological, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. Our treatment program is specifically designed to treat the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychosocial aspects of this disease – a holistic approach to recovery. Although addiction can be a chronic progressive illness, we believe that every person has within them the capacity to change, grow and recover. Our program is designed to enhance each person's intrinsic motivation to change while providing the tools necessary to do so.
Our program provides intensive inpatient services to adult men and women who have identified substance abuse as a major life problem. The program begins with a comprehensive psychiatric, emotional, social, family and spiritual assessment. This is reviewed with each client who will participate with the treatment team in developing an individualized plan of care which address their needs and build on their strengths.
