Legal Admissions Criteria:
If you have a criminal history, the following will be considered:
Violent criminal histories:

Type of charges
- Frequency

How old the charges are
Pending legal cases, civil or judicial:
- All legal cases whether judicial, civil or any open cases with the Department of Human Services must be disposed of before entering the program.
Arson:
- NO exceptions. Those who have been convicted of arson in the past will not be admitted into the program.
Sexual charges or registered sex offenders:
- NO exceptions. Those who have been convicted in the past of sexual offences or are registered sex offenders will not be admitted into the program.
